Sushil Saluja has a career in professional services spanning over 30 years. He is a highly experienced business leader and a global expert in financial services, innovation and technology. He has worked in over 40 countries including three years based in Hong Kong.
Before embarking on a portfolio career, Sushil worked at Accenture—the global leader in IT services—leaving in 2020 after 32 years.
His achievements include creating the first internet bank for the UK (Egg) in the late 1990’s and leading the Accenture team to integrate Lloyds and Halifax banks. His work was focused on helping large institutions adapt to change and transform themselves. His final role there was as Senior Partner for the $4 billion Financial Services EMEA business unit with responsibility for over 30,000 employees.
He previously worked at the Bank of England as Head of Technology. He currently serves as Senior Advisor to Mitsui Sumitomo, is on the Board of LINK (UK ATM network) as well as his not-for-profit activities.
